Return and Refund Policy

Because Respora is an ingestible dietary supplement, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including products that are sealed, unopened, refused, or no longer wanted. 

Refund Eligibility

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Accidental orders or ordering the wrong quantity

  • Personal preferences or individual results

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Sensitivities or individual tolerability

  • Subscription orders that have already been processed

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer

  • Packages that are refused or left unclaimed

Except where required by law, other refund requests are reviewed individually by our customer service team. Approval is not guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within seven days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • An item was missing from your shipment

  • The product appears defective

Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label and affected product. Once verified, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated or your package appears lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Orders marked as delivered are reviewed individually. We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or address change will be completed before shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it is final.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error or a refund is required by applicable law.

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next order is processed. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
